Noble Women Association Donates Sanitary Pads to Rashadiyya Islamic School

Recently, a female student from Rashadiyya Islamic School in Jamasi demonstrated the challenges women face during menstruation. Many girls struggle to manage their periods due to a lack of resources, often experiencing their monthly flow while in class or in public. This situation underscores the need for adequate menstrual hygiene products and support.

In response to this need, the Noble Women Association, an organization within the Tem Kotokoli community in Ghana, took action. Upon learning of the students’ plight, the association raised funds to purchase sanitary pads for the girls at Rashadiyya Islamic School.

The donation was presented by Rahamatu Fuseini, the chairperson of the Noble Women Association. The entire school board expressed their gratitude for the association’s support and concern. This generous act not only provided much-needed supplies but also raised awareness about menstrual health and hygiene.

The appeal for further support remains open to the public. Contributions from individuals and organizations are welcome to help ensure that all girls at Rashadiyya Islamic School have access to the sanitary products they need.
